From the very beginning when you sold us the idea, completion of the paperwork with NYSERDA, right through its installation your staff end contractors did a wonderful job. They even worked on New Years Day when our machinery was down so as not to create problems for us during our normal 24-hour operation. Our over 300,000 sq. ft. facility had many dark areas due to machinery placement and your staff has virtually turned night into day in those areas particularly for our second and third shifts which don't benefit from some daylight streaming into the building.
